Shipping and Delivery:

As a small business, it may take up to 7 working days to process your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare your shirt.
We ship all orders via DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

You can return your product for a voucher, a different product, or a refund of the original amount (excluding shipping costs). Due to the exclusive nature of our limited-edition prints, availability for exchanges may be limited. If the size or design you want to exchange is no longer available, we can offer store voucher instead.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some common exceptions:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email
us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, and we will update your order if it has not yet been shipped.

All items are checked for quality and wear. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted as a return/exchange, please keep this in mind before you decide to return an item.

Include a paper with your name and order number with your return. Returned items without this information will automatically be rejected as a return/exchange.
You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your package (we follow the
receipt date as indicated on your Track & Trace code). If you request a return on the 30th day, you must send back the package within 48 hours. All items arriving after
the 35th day will automatically be rejected as a return.
